Phantasm

Phantasm is one of Non-Elemental magic that exist in Eastern Europe, and so far, only one wizard who possess this kind of magic. Until now, Seija Pajari controlling Phantasm magic until uncertain time.

Seija Pajari

Long time when Ugric (now known as Finland, and Karelia Republic at Russia) is still merged as part of Russian Empire, there’s a teenage girl who lived with his commoner family in a busy city. One day, her family arranging a big nature picnic. For the first time the girl mesmerised with valleys and hills, so she runs and enjoying the views. Alas, she accidentally tripped and fell down from a high hill, with head bumped first. Causing her unable to move and losing blood slowly. She died in agony as her family didn’t realised her accident until midnight, when the family start seeking her whereabouts. She becomes a lost soul who keeps running at hills and valleys, while sometimes tripping and fell, mimicking her previous death.

One day, Baba Yaga and Koshchei visit the same hills and valleys, finding the lost soul. Baba Yaga took interest on her, and she decide to resurrect the girl as half-ghost-half-human. Her memory still intact, so she could remember her name fast: Seija Pajari. Baba Yaga then taught her the new and last magic: Phantasm or Illusion magic.

She also met Lev Nyevzorov and Aristar Aristarkhov in the training, and quickly fell in love with Nyevzorov in first sight (meanwhile Aristarkhov already married with Chudo-Yudo).

Arcane Dimension

Pajari could easily moving mortal human or wizard to the other side of dimension where everyone’s darkest secret can be seen in the world. In the past, she often use this spell to punish mortal humans who responsible for the Wizard Hunt and Neutral Hunt.

However in present time, Pajari didn’t continue this at Indigo Hunt for unknown reason. She only casting this spell when someone made a pact with her.

Mind Control

Since she is involved during the Resurrection Pact, she will participate in mind altering, mind erasing and mind addition to the target. She can also do these when attacking when necessary.

Genderbent

She could change her appearance as she pleases, even changing as a functional male. Usually she did that as a prank, confusing every mortal human and wizards who pondered whether Phantasm Wizard is a male or female. The one who know Phantasm Wizard is a female is only Baba Yaga, Koshchei, the other Non-Elemental wizards, and the Elder of Elemental Wizards. Her alter name for the male persona is Saoli.

Three Horse Rider

Her familiars are famous Three Horse Rider (White, Red and Black) from folklore Vasilisa the Beauty. If those three stopped doing the duty and riding together with Seija, this created a forbidden spell called "Universe Manipulation", which makes every mortal human and wizard are become mindless being, ready to obey whatever Seija ordered. However Seija never used it because it's more fun to trick with her Genderbent spell and cause chaos.

Characters who used to make a pact with Phantasm Wizard

1. Arman Bulikhanov - 2011. He made a pact to resurrect Valery Gubtsov as his familiar.
2. Unnamed Russian military officer - 2016. He made a pact to resurrect Viktor Vetlugaev as Fire Wizard.
3. Unnamed man - 2019. He made a pact to sacrifice Alexey Skachkov and Roman Valutov, so he had a perfect sacrifice to resurrect entire 64 victims of Alexandrov Ensemble back to life (yes, this unnamed man actually broke the law about resurrection spell, which the corpses must came from a peaceful death). Status = Status = Failed because the unnamed man's ritual disrupted by Vetlugaev, and the unnamed man accidentally fell from 9th floor.
